  1. Groups are created to contain users to which you wish to send identical messages.
  2. For example:
  3. You may wish to create a Group entitled 'Marketing' so you can easily send the same message to all of your Marketing people.
  4. When addressing a message to those users, Simply select the 'Marketing' group and each user in that group will receive a copy of the same message.  This is much easier than selecting each user's name from your Address Book.
